Prevention Classes

The Prevention 101 series will be held October – June, 2010. This course has been designed for alcohol and other drug abuse prevention professionals who are seeking certification from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board. The curriculum has been designed by SAMHSA to include current evidence-based methods and research.

Prevention classes have been held at The Community Partnership since September, 1998 covering IC & RC’s Domains of Prevention. Several members of the class (below) attended Legislative Day, March 8, 2007 in Columbus, sponsored by Drug Free Action Alliance and ADAPAO.
